In 2004 I developed a compression of the spinal cord, spinal stenosis, and began to limp very badly. In Aug,'96 I underwent surgery, cervical laminectomy, whose objective was to prevent further damage to me.

Both before and after surgery, I was advised physiotherapy and i attended for several years three physiotherapy centers in major Pune hospitals and while in the US, two months at a physiotherapy center there. No worthwhile benefits followed.

I was refered to TEAM Physiotherapy in late January, 2010 and in about six weeks have improved by about 25 to 30%. They tell me, and i believe them, that in a few months I will be walking well without a cane.
